Position: Fulfillment Manager

Reports to: VP of Production

Location: Port Chester, NY

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexible) - Full-Time

We are seeking a positive and team oriented individual to oversee our nationwide Fulfillment Warehouse that brings 4 years of direct warehouse and distribution experience in a leadership position. The Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for complete oversight of our sample order and parts fulfillment for our customers, as well as our 55+ design showrooms nationwide along with other production/marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have experience thriving in an environment that encourages individual contribution in a quality oriented, fast paced company that is experiencing significant growth.

  • Managing Fulfillment team operations
  • Oversee sub-brand order processing and execution
  • Managing Parts Department Operations
  • Supervise Shipping and Receiving Operations
  • Project management
  • Inventory management
  • Mail out sample items; includes picking swatches or samples by SKU #, labeling and mailing correct quantities
  • Complete Ad Hoc fulfillment projects as needed
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly production reports


  • Minimum 4 years of managing direct labor or line level employees
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-starter, quick learner, team player
  • Must be able to be on your feet/walking for up to 8 hours a day
  • Must have a positive attitude and good work ethic
  • Must be able to communicate efficiently verbally and via email with cross functional department personnel and executive leadership
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office applications (word, power point, excel, outlook)
  • Ability to address conflicts and troubleshoot problems in a fast paced environment
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Proficient in English and Spanish is desired
